Is it possible to exchange the product for another one?

In case of financial differences, the customer shall pay them by bank transfer or upon delivery of the new product. In case of economic difference in favor of the customer,NovaHora will refund the customer the resulting amount by bank transfer or by the same method of payment, if possible.

How to proceed?

1) First of all, you should contact us to explain the situation.

2) Once you have stated your case, you must indicate which model you want instead of the one you purchased in the first option.

3) You will need to package the product for shipment.

4) An MRW courier will pick up the package.

5) When we receive it, we will check that it is in perfect condition.

6) Once the economic difference is determined (if it exists), you must make the bank transfer or prepare the money to pay it when we deliver the new unit if you choose the option of paying the difference by cash on delivery. In case of economic difference in favor of the customer, NovaHora will return to the customer the resulting amount by bank transfer or by the same method of payment, if possible.

7) Once the payment is received, we will issue the invoice with the return of the unit and we will proceed to ship the new product.

What is the return and refund policy for an item purchased on NovaHora.com?

The user has seven working days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. It is essential that the products are in the same condition as they were delivered. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will proceed to the payment that will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.

Before returning an item purchased on our website, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to info@novahora.com and providing all the information you have regarding the product (date of purchase, product reference, customer's name and address and order number). If everything is correct NovaHora.com will arrange for a courier to pick it up and issue the return.

If your order, or part of it, arrives in bad conditions, you must send us an email to the address info@novahora.com so that we can quickly contact the shipping company and process a claim. In that case you should keep all the materials of the order, including the box and we will promptly replace the damaged products with others in perfect condition.
